INDOALGAS start producing Agar Powder from Gracilaria Seaweed since 1993. As a prominent agar production enterprise in Indonesia, INDOALGAS has consistently maintained robust collaborative relations with XUDA Engineering.

      To enhance its operational capabilities and expand production capacity, INDOALGAS has recently made a strategic decision to procure an Agar colloid dehydration press, with plans to systematically replace the existing dehydration press equipment over the forthcoming years. The manufacturing process of this equipment is nearing completion, with all surfaces of the filter press being encased in 304 stainless steels. Furthermore, all product-contact components, including the filter plates and filter cloths, have obtained FDA certification.

       In addition the filter press machine, the project is equipped with a squeezing pump, washing pump, disinfection pump, valves and instruments system, and the control cabinet. This initiative represents another successful collaboration between us in promoting equipment upgrades for hydrocolloid manufacturers in Indonesia.
